"Let me just say that I love this hospital! I just given birth to my second child here and my experience was amazing! I had such a great experience with the birth of my first child that I had no concerns that I wouldn’t be getting the best care the second time around. I have never felt so important and cared for in such a vulnerable time and every nurse and doctor has such a care and concern for you and your child! They are always making sure you are comfortable and always checking in to help your birth along as smooth as possible. I really feel that they all care for their patients. I would recommend this hospital to anyone who is looking for more of an intimate experience with doctors and nurses who truly care for you as an individual. You feel like family! "My mother was treated at this hospital for stage 1 invasive ductal carcinoma. The Doctors here were extremely involved, friendly and profoundly communicative. Her nurse was an absolute sweetheart. Just from communicating with the doctors here, I could immediately tell that they WERE NOT FAKING their deep concerns and interest for human lives. They communicate very well and consistently here. Definitely recommend this hospital for anyone that likes being treated like human beings and not stray animals…"

"Been dealing with them billing the wrong insurance since December of 22. Been receiving bills in the mail every month since then saying how much we owe them. Fast forward to October 2023, This latest bill is them saying our insurance paid a portion of the bill and trying to get us to pay the other portion, which is weird because our insurance is in network and has no patient liability. When we called the hospital, they said they did not receive insurance money and wanted us to pay. We then called the insurance company and they said the hospital already cashed the check. We finally got both parties on the phone and when the insurance agent started to speak, the hospital worker was nice and some how the problem was magically solved. Before we got the insurance agency involved, the hospital worker on the phone was rude, gaslighting, dismissive, and bullying us. Seemed like they were hoping we didn’t know our policy and trying to get me and my wife to pay extra money out of our pockets. The whole thing felt like a scam. I would not recommend going here. I also have a story about the way we were treated at the emergency room check in but this story is already to long."
