"I had a wonderful experience with this office. You will see all of the doctors in the office and you wont know who is delivering your baby until the day of but from start to finish they were there for my every need. I had a very rough pregnancy and felt heard. Dr. Dargan is fabulous and is the doctor I was able to see the most and was lucky enough to have her for my delivery. I am now continuing my yearly appointments with her and will be back if/when I am able to have a second child."

"I was referred to this OBGYN for my first pregnancy and it was in-network so I thought this place would be a good fit. I liked 2 out of the 3 doctors I’ve seen. The nurses are very nice. This is why the review isn’t 1-star. Now my biggest issues with this office: I didn’t realize that all of the prenatal care (labs/ultrasounds/MFM referrals) would be sent out to providers and labs that were out of network. This information was not communicated to me and I’ve found out the hard way. My fetus ended up with an abnormality and I had previously expressed not wanting to continue the pregnancy if that were the case. Being shuffled around between out of network doctors/offices/hospitals for basic prenatal care, receiving obnoxious prenatal care bills, and dismissing any conversation regarding termination due to the fetal anomaly has been some of the worst care I’ve received. I didn’t feel heard. Individually they are ok, but the communication between doctors and their communication with the MFM office isn’t great, they weren’t transparent about billing, and I felt like my concerns weren’t addressed. I can’t trust these people to deliver this baby anymore even if the majority of them are good individually. Since I have no choice but to continue this pregnancy, I decided to receive care at another office that appears to have structured their prenatal care in a more centralized way so hopefully this won’t happen to me again."

"I have been going to essential Obgyn for over 18 years now. I have had children delivered by Dr Wickham, Dr Fleming, and Dr Stanley. Easy births, my doctor's were there at the hospital before I got there every time even with my false alarms. I am on my second IUD, which I also have never had any issues with. I was shocked to see so many bad reviews. I've never waited more than 15-20 minutes in there waiting room. The Staff has always been there for me when I have had questions or concerns. Just this morning I called to make an appointment, they got me set up quickly and worked out the exact day I wanted. Even gave me advice on what I can do to till my appointment. I understand that some people may be uncomfortable with seeing a few different doctors during their pregnancy but from my understanding this is because of their rotation at the hospital. I found it makes it easier to get appointments and helps me to feel comfortable to know that there's always someone there."

"Medical gaslighting started in the appointment making process. I was told I needed to be on my period to remove an IUD that stops periods and when I asked about numbing or sedation I was told "I'm not sure if there will be pain" instead of given an answer. I had to interject and say I wasn't comfortable making an appointment without knowing the answer to the sedation or numbing question. That's when I was told they don't. I have already had an IUD for a while. I'm in my 30s. I know that there will be pain and at this point it's pretty common knowledge lots of people experience pain in this procedure. Don't not answer a question straight out and then mislead a patient. Especially at an OBGYN. That's traumatic. That call was not okay."

"I don't understand the negative reviews on this place. Everyone from the front desk staff to the doctors has been kind, reassuring, patient and has gone above and beyond to be sure I understand everything. They have accommodated me in every way with being Deaf. I feel comfortable with the doctor's caring for me during my first pregnancy. I absolutely love Rachel as a nurse! I'm looking forward to my continued care and delivering a healthy baby. Thank you for all you do!"
