"It was a great venue. Only problem was the bar . Staff was very nice but they looked overwhelmed.. There was a line when we got there so we stood in line . Unfortunately others just walked right up to the other side of bar expecting service. This only made the staff more overwhelmed . I think they should have said something to those that thought they didn't have to wait in line that there was a line"
"We went there for a comedy show to see Earthquake on Saturday Jan. 13th. Clean, wait staff is very nice, bathroom's were clean, the only draw back is the Stage presence it's needs to be updated or re-done or something to make it look better it's very unbecoming."
"I worked an event at the strand over the weekend, the employees of the strand are top notch, kind and professional. This theater has amazing comfortable seats, good vibes and an awesome place for an event."
"I've been to a show here and I've worked at a show here. A gorgeous theater in the heart of downtown. You have to keep up to see what acts they have. They have an amazing community outreach here for local arts and theater. They don't own their own bar, but neighboring Charlenes and Biscuits and Bourbon are open for drinks."
"Nice venue. Seating is a bit cramped, but not as bad as some places I've been. Not much leg room, but seats are a little wide. Didn't seem like the stands were wheelchair accessible. Maybe in the floor seating!? Elevator for seats above. Could see the stage clearly from the mezzanine. Sound and lighting were great. Plenty of restrooms. Staff were kind and very helpful. City parking is awful. They only allow you to park two hours on the street. The parking lot nearby was $20 cash or $25 card. Perhaps it was high bc there was an art festival that evening."
