"I've traveled to Elkhart a few times for work, and have stayed at several other hotels in the area. Honestly I never heard of four point before, but it beat my expectations especially when I've seen the other hotels in the area. Rooms are clean and large, staff is friendly and helpful. It's an odd location behind another hotel, as the only downside. Calvin and his manager Craig even helped track down a package that was accidentally sent to another hotel near by. I will stay here again, and as an early riser coffee is nearly always available."
"I always book Marriot and this hotel is one of the newer brands that joined Marriott empire of hotels. Great customer service and rooms are very clean. Conveniently located off the freeway and access to many restaurants."
"Stayed last week and the room was amazing but the best part of my stay was the food one of the chefs (Mike I believe) showed that he took pride in his work the breakfast and the dinner service was amazing, I’ll be definitely going back"
"maybe if you treated callers nicer you might be rated 5.0 stars. My wife called trying to price out rooms for a softball tournament that is coming up next month. Two maybe 3 teams... maybe 15 rooms to a team.... we will try your competitor. I bet they will treat a potential customer decent... Be better..."
