"I am the head coach of a college swim & dive team, and we stayed here for our championship meet. From the booking service to check-out, our 4-night stay was amazing. We were so well taken care of with all of our requests. Cassandra at the front desk was especially accommodating and felt like she was part of our team. She made sure we had enough space to eat our catered dinners, genuinely wanted to know how we were doing, helped facilitate our late check-out so that our athletes could rest before their final session of competition, and was so patient with our larger team. We will definitely stay here in the future!"

"We traveled and stayed.at IHG in Elkhart. We stayed in a King, Queen suite. Older hotel, maintained pretty good. Room was as described. Housekeeping was alright, made bed and replaced towelss but definitely didn't vacuum or clean bathroom during stay. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice. Smaller pool but nice. Thin walls and doors so noise depended on your neighbors. Easy drive to MEC in Shipshewana. I would stay again."

"Great little stay! The check-in was easy! Room was very clean and large! Beds were amazing! Had a great sleep. Breakfast was fantastic! Lots of options! If we are in the area, I will stay here again!"

"Smoking coming through vents nonstop. Front desk could not do anything and said hotel was booked. They said all vents were intertwined, so couldn't tell who was smoking. I was coughing for two days. Also was told that if privacy notice isn't off the door by 7 am the room won't get housekeeping. People are sleeping at that time and need their privacy. Ridiculous. Manager was no help to get room cleaned even though we had do not disturb off door by 9:00. They said it was too late to have the room cleaned!!"

"In comparison to other IHG properties, this one was top notch. Check-in was smooth and fast despite our late evening arrival. The location is convenient and there are numerous food options available. The rooms were comfortable and acceptably clean. The included breakfast offered your usual hotel offerings except that the pancake machine was broken during our stay. Overall we enjoyed our visit and would stay here again."
