"Inside: very well put together, very clean. The main level is open and spacious with a full bath, and the 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Outside: well manicured, and very clean. The fence and plants around the patio give privacy from all sides, and there is a fire pit on the patio. The house is across the street from the park and only a 5 minute walk from the beach. Owner: couldn't be a nicer guy. he was helpful, respectful and responsive. Thank you Bill"
