"First of all it’s important to know there is NO parking for the hotel. You have to park in a garage. I spent about 18 hours at the hotel and ended up paying $48 for parking. Second of all, the interactions with the staff were very pleasant. However, from the time of 11 pm-11 am I saw no staff downstairs. What if I needed something? There are no vending machines. The rooms were pretty nice and clean. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: the floors are VERY slippery. i was in socks and slipped, falling down hard. Was pretty funny. Anyways, it’s a good place to stay for one night but I wouldn’t recommend an extended stay as the staff seem spread thin."

"Okay so honestly this hotel aesthetically is very pleasing however there are a few things you should know. There is NO onsite parking. You have to park in the Monroe parking garage and it’s literally $45 dollars for a full day.. you heard that right. So make sure you factor that in. The hotel doesn’t have any discounts or anything which is unacceptable. Secondly, you can NOT control the temperature in the room. You literally have to go to the front desk. No one tells you this I just had enough of the room being 58 degrees and went to say something. Other than that it’s okay. The room is modern but for the other two things I mentioned above I don’t know if it’s really worth it. I come here from work on occasion will probably not be staying here again."

"My husband and I hosted our rehearsal dinner at City Flats Hotel. It was super affordable, the food was delicious, and the room was beautiful. All of the staff that we worked with were lovely and it was an added bonus that linen tablecloths and place settings were included with the room. All of our guests who attended were impressed. I have never stayed at this hotel, but I would definitely recommend hosting an event here."

"Stayed here for a wedding. Room AC controls do not work. Spoke with the front desk via phone, text, and in person and the issue was never resolved but they told me each time it was being handled. Key card for the room only worked half the time in the elevator. TV remotes in both our room and some other bridal party rooms did not work and made the tvs hardly unusable- hope you like the challenge it turns on to. Room was cute and the front desk did accommodate and early check in time, but all requests during the visit were handled poorly and without any true action to remedy. Unfortunately I would not recommend."

"The service here was great and the location was amazing for what we needed it for but honestly it was a lot of money for the room you get. You essentially are paying for convenience. The room had a very contemporary feel with a high ceiling and industrial vibe, but it was pretty small and the window was very tiny. I’m used to rooms that have large windows for the light and view. If you want a view I recommend calling and requesting to see if you can book a room that has a view/large window if that matters to you. The bathroom on the other hand, I could have lived in, the shower was amazing and I would have booked another night just to shower again in it. This hotel is within walking distance of museums, great restaurants and music venues. We stayed here to be within walking distance of Monroe 20, but also found ourselves to be surrounded by great shops and places to dine."
