"Just needed a inexpensive place to rest for the night. Bathroom was great and clean and actually had a exhaust fan that worked and everything was not steamed up. The whole place seemed very clean."
"Clean, convenient location, great polite service, room a bit small but perfect for just me. I loved that they had coffee & water available for free. Beds super comfy. They have shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in the showers and not small bottles. That was very helpful. Definitely recommend Avid hotel in Zeeland."
"Five star rating baby! I travel and have for five years and i have had to stay in some BAD HOTELS, this is not one of them. It’s very clean, customer service was great! Would highly recommend. I literally have no complaints besides the breakfast was a little disappointing.."
"In photos the hotel looks like a nice new construction, but it is disappointing. The building is surprisingly run down, perhaps because it gets used so heavily during the summer. Some elements of the hotel (like the AC units) seem to have been thrifted from older hotels. Our room also had not been cleaned well. In terms of location, it is very close to the highway and an industrial area so it's quite noisy and there is nothing nice to see out the windows. However it is conveniently close to downtown Holland and downtown Zealand. We did not visit the pool but saw it through the windows and it looked very very small. I would say the hotel is family-friendly but perhaps somewhat at the expense of other guests. During our stay there were children running up and down the hallway and shouting periodically. Luckily this stopped by nighttime."
"The room was clean and tidy but only one chair. Nice size bathroom with a more than adequate shower cubicle . The breakfast wasn't fantastic but did its job. There were some other facilities but I didn't have time go check them out. Friendly staff. All in all a good experience."
