"Worst customer service experience attitude ever. Had an issue with a light kit I purchased back in May blowing bulbs. They sent me a new light bulb and it also blew. Was speaking with Megan at the time (who was lovely) and was told the next step is to mail back the fixture for testing. Honestly, I was just going to call it a wash because finding a box and shipping it back wasn’t worth my time. 2 months later I get an email from Sherri stating they are going to put a hold on my account if I don’t ship it back. I could not get one explanation of why I would get a hold on my account when I paid for my item and did not receive a replacement fixture at any point. I owed them no product or money. I had no choice but to send the product or get a hold on my account. After sending the item I’m told very quickly the fixture was fine. I tried to explain the fixture blows bulbs after a few days so you need to test it longer. They kept ignoring me saying that and would just repeat “you can pay for shipping and we will send it back to you.” When I asked for Sherri’s manager I was told “I am the customer service manager.” After repeat phone calls with no answer I finally get an email stating they will keep it plugged in for a week to see what happens. One week later I’m told the fixture is fine. Please pay shipping for us to send the fixture back. They however cannot send me another bulb. So I’ve paid for a fixture kit but in the end I’m paying $16 more to have a fixture without a bulb. I am appalled to know the manager of customer service ignores sentences in emails and does not answer the phone. I’ve tried multiple times to talk to her on the phone. Emails can become so frustrating and lose translation easily. She just copy and pastes responses back without helping at all. I do not recommend buying any electrical products from them. If I could give 0 stars I would."
