"This B&B is extremely charming and is located in a quiet little town with one of the best restaurants (Salt of the Earth). Chuck was our host and upon our arrival, offered us some delicious cookies. We stayed a night in the “Spy Room”, which has the extra hidden room and the skinny stairs. It kind of had an “Alice in Wonderland” feel to it. This room invoked feelings of excitement and adventure. After a nice dinner down the street, we settled in for the night…. Upon waking, we met others down in the dining area and really enjoyed how delicious and generous the breakfast was that Chuck had prepared. He’s a quirky and fun host. We really liked him and thought that he made our time there even more memorable. We had gotten the massage package for our stay so after breakfast, we were able to relax a bit before we got our massages. The professional massage therapist arrived and did an excellent job! It was so relaxing and a great way to end our stay there. We really enjoyed ourselves at the Kingsley House and plan to stay again in the future. It’s close to Saugatuck as well so it’s really a prime location."

"I loved the room. The housekeepers did amazing and the area is really nice. Chuck can be a bit much. Scolded me and another couple for no good reason, and then he was passive aggressive the whole week."

"Stayed here for Labor Day weekend on a mother/daughter getaway. It was our first time staying at a B&B and it did not disappoint! Beautiful Victorian home from the 1800’s, clean, and accommodating. Just 10 min away from Sagautuck. The owner, Chuck was kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!"

"This place "accidentally" charged us over $500 for our room. It took us over a MONTH with many emails and phone calls to get our money back. The owner at one point even lied to us, telling us he'd sent the refund, which he had not done. The room was lovely, the place was pretty, the food was good, but BEWARE of your credit card and your bank account! I would recommend paying in CASH or seeking accommodations elsewhere. I will never go here again, which is sad because it was lovely."

"The house is in good condition and it was not hard to find. Chuck was quite the character- he came on a little strong both about us booking via third party and not direct to the inn (I was scolded) and about joining for breakfast (one of us is vegan so figured we'd go out). We stayed in the Granny Smith room and the bathroom was tiny (the taller of us had to sit on the toilet on an angle) and we could clearly hear the pipes when someone was taking a shower. We did join for breakfast and the food was really good and they easily accommodated our vegan. The rooms were clean and we had a nice time sitting on the porch in the evening. Overall a B+ experience."
