"Dirty ran down glorified runnaway shelter charging little kids who have nothing nearly $900 dollars a month. Old beds, carpet, bathrooms and decor that smell of cigarettes and illicit drugs. Woukd not put my worst enemy through a night there. They don't even have phones in the rooms. Management makes you clean your own room. The lady in charge is unprofessional and incredibly rude to people who leave messages for a room. Outside looks like if waffle house made motels. I'd rather say in a Budget Inn; which says a lot."

"We just went to drive around Holland and Grand Heaven, we have spent 2 nights there. Good location between two cities. I won't and you shouldn't compare this place to places like Westin and other alike hotels, this place is a clean, very well priced and quiet. For what we were doing we were not willing to spend 230 to 300 dollars per night in that area. Wait, we wouldn't pay that rate under any circumstances, it's Holland MI not NY you know. Would we return! Yes we would."
