Luxe Life magazine has recognized the Rosemont as one of the most romantic inns, and guests can enjoy amenities such as an outdoor heated pool, indoor spa, and sauna. Situated across the street from Lake Michigan, the inn provides easy access to the beach. A full American breakfast is served daily in the spacious dining room.
Open year-round, the Rosemont offers guests the chance to experience the four seasons of western Michigan. The inn is also available for small groups, weddings, and corporate retreats. Operating partners Kerry and Tammy Cunnion have created a casual lakeside retreat with a focus on relaxation. Guests often arrive stressed but find that their tension melts away after a few hours at the inn. Whether enjoying a glass of wine on the porch, a walk on the beach, or a cozy seat at the firepit, the Rosemont offers a truly rejuvenating experience.

"Tammy and her husband have created an idyllic and beautiful retreat just a stones throw away from the beach. The indoor hot tub is absolutely fabulous. Their Inn is the perfect place to stay and unwind when visiting saugatuk."
"We only stayed for one night and left wishing we had more time. Everything was wonderful. The sheets were so soft, I looked them up to purchase for my bed at home. Breakfast was homemade and delicious. The hot tub and sauna were a wonderful way to unwind before bed. We were able to drink our coffee while relaxing in the grand front room that overlooks the water. You can tell the owners take wonderful pride in taking care of their guests. The kitty ambassadors were lovely as well. We will definitely be back!"
"High value stay with beautiful space, perfect location, and incredible amenities for the price! We loved the daily handmade breakfast and the hosts were lovely. Tucked away in a forested area of Douglas with a less than 1 minute walk to the public beach. Also very much enjoyed the indoor hot tub and wood sauna. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!"
"My husband and I stayed here in the summer and had a wonderful time! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was great to sit around in the afternoon. The location was very convenient being directly across from the public beach to Lake Michigan and only a few minutes drive from downtown Douglas and Saugatuck. There was a full delicious breakfast spread each morning with snacks, coffee and water access all day. The owners were around if you needed them or want recommendations but not ‘in your business’ like you may think at an Inn. They have done a lot of renovations already with big plans to come. We would 100 percent stay again and are excited to see how it evolves over the next few years with the wonderful new owners!"
