"I have not physically been here but have spoken to a couple of agents on the phone. Always get great service when I call. However; I've had issues with them setting up auto pay. Twice now, it was set up, but then something happened where it shut off. The first time, it stopped on both renters and car insurance, and the second time, it kicked my car insurance off, causing me to be late on my car payment. They fixed it, but we will see if it stays. Rates are reasonable, though, and the roadside assistance is great!!"

"I made the mistake of listening to my agent Hanna regarding payment of my claim. Twice she looked directly at me and said everything is taken care of don't worry. I asked her to take my checking info so the repair check could be deposited in my account and then I would write the collision shop a check. She said no the collision shop has the claim number and would call to get the check. When I went to get the car my idea was right and her info incorrect. I could not get the car on 12-9 when it was ready. I spoke to Hanna on the 12-8. I had to pay for a loaner that weekend even though the car was ready. On Monday 12-12 I put the payment for the car on my credit card. Tomorrow I will be taking money out of my retirement account to pay the credit card since I'm still without the check. Also I wrote a 6 page letter to Ms. Collins indicating everything else that was done incorrectly. The letter was delivered U.P.S. after 9 am on Tuesday 12-13. It was addressed Attn. To Ms. Collins. The letter was received by Stevanoski. I am shocked that Ms. Collins did not reply to the concerns I had. Also I was asked twice by Hanna to provide a receipt for towing. Allstate called for the towing so no receipt is issued. This mistake cost me a waste of time and 5 additional phone calls. Also a form had to be completed and mailed to an office in Texas. This was done but the office in Texas said it was never received That's when I went to talk to Hanna to resend the form. The form was sent but at the collision shop the form had to be resent again because it was not filled out properly. They are nice here but when there's a problem misinformation will be given. I'm hoping the check is received tomorrow. If not I'll have to get legal advice. They owe me this money and nobody cares. I don't think an agent should be allowed to tell a client anything at all just to get rid of the person. They should be trained. If they don't know they should find out. When they took my money there was no problem. When I'm owed money nothing happens."
