Days Inn by Wyndham Pentwater

"The hotel is beautiful the rooms are nice beds a bit stiff but not that bad. There's no microwave in the room so instead I got to stand in the employees kitchen being watched by the 10 different family members that all live there in order to be able to heat food. The worst part is they wanted to call me well I was tending to my child and accused me of having a bunch of other people in my room then they discovered they were talking to the wrong person but I got to deal with the rudeness and disrespect and then in the morning they're knocking on my door way before checkout time asking me when I'm going to check out which they had no reason to be knocking on my door very rude definitely should have been offered some reimbursement for being accused of things that weren't even me if they have enough time to sit there staring at people all around in the hallways they maybe should have had enough time to correct to themselves.... More than one person came into the kitchen and the lady that knocked on my door in the morning did not ask me if I needed more towels she asked me if I was checking out and you're just proving the point that you guys have a lot of time to sit around staring at people you were watching when I went to the pool you were watching when I was heating up my food it's extremely rude and everything that was done to me and my children while we were there was extremely rude and you may be could have just apologized instead of making excuses that aren't even correct I know what the lady said to me I know how rude the person that called me was on the phone even after telling them that I didn't have other people in my room and that they were more than welcome to come check they were still rude"

"Nicely kept hotel. During the off season it is very bare. It is clean and quiet. Lovely staff. They are very short staffed during winter months. Be mindful of the tap water - it is incredibly hot if you are not careful."

"My room was clean & pleasant. Service excellent. Breakfast excellent. Owner/Manager Bobbie & Kristna were accessable & friendly. I spent my days in Pentwater. After the sunset, I drove to the Day's Inn (a few miles north of downtown). I'm very pleased to say I had an excellent stay @ the Day's Inn in Pentwater, Mi. Thank you, K Bergman"

"Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. Whirlpool was the best I've used at any hotel. Breakfast was about the same as any other hotel but it was ok. Only complaint was there were no restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay there again when we're in the area"

"The nicest Days Inn I've ever stayed in. Room was spacious, neat, & clean. Staff was very attentive. Attractive building and landscaping. The free breakfast was good (but not great)- thus 4 instead of 5 stars."
