"A cozy, comfortable inn located right in the heart of Charlevoix, this place is a really exceptional deal. The folks that work there went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and even helped me shovel my car out in the latest blizzard. I will definitely stay with them again!"
"It is what it is.. The sign was not lit up and hard to find in the dark.. way to many steps for someone with mobility problems.. not wheel chair friendly.. if you have cains it will also be difficult to move around. In our room you had to step up into the restroom and my wife had difficulties doing that.. again not handicapped accessible."
"Unbeatable location to downtown and Lake Michigan. Rooms are quaint and full of character with comfortable beds. Very clean rooms and common areas. Third floor stairs could be difficult to navigate for older guests. The innkeeper, Liz, was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the large front porch with Adirondack and rocking chairs and even a glimpse of Lake Michigan. Planning to visit next summer."
"Awesome location and great staff! This is an older home with all the quirks. The floors in our room were so squeaky that we felt sorry for the people staying below us. They hadn't installed the window AC units yet, and it was rather hot on the top floor. The stairs up to our room were hard to manage and a bit scary. The breakfast was great and Tim the innkeeper is awesome! We were able to easily walk to downtown shops and restaurants and to the beaches. Really good time."
"Stayed here in May and had a lovely time! The house is cute, the room was really nice and spacious, the breakfast was great. Tim was a great innkeeper who gave us lots of tips of things to do and see in Charlevoix. The town is very cute and fun to explore. Would definitely stay here again!"
