"Service was extremely slow, 14 customers and it took 25 minutes to get food. At least 6 workers were spotted, so not the lack of workers. Got wings and no silverware, 3 napkins for two people. Nothing to put bones on so I sat them on the bare table. The worst B- Dubs I've experienced."

"We were seated in a booth with menus and we were never served. We waited 20 minutes before we left. There were two tables filled with people. The waitress went in the kitchen and never came out. This is the second time this happened to me and my three kids.."

"Sat for over an hour at the restaurant. When our entrees came it was as if they were sitting in the widow for a while. Our server lacee after dropping off our food never came back to check on us, not once. Never offered to refill beverages. Didn't even come back to the table until she wanted us to check out 10/10 absolutely don't recommend."

"I love that they had different styles of seating to accommodate everyone. It was a pleasant experience. The waiter was refreshing and friendly. The ambiance was nice. Love the surroundings television. I would love to go back when there is a big game or the Olympics. The food was well done and delicious."

"Store regularly locks doors 15-45 mins early, while guests are still in building. When they do that, they take the phone off the hook so you can't even call. When you ARE "lucky" enough to get into the building, you're more than likely going to wait at least 10 minutes before someone even greets you at the "please wait to be seated" sign. No servers, bartenders, hostesses or bussers tell you they'll be "right with you" to acknowledge you - they don't even make eye contact. Kudos if you've made it this far. No matter what we order, no matter how many workers or how few customers there are, our food is always cold. This has happened every single time for several months. We aren't impatient. We understand things happen and there's somehow an employee shortage. But their consistent awful service and lack of care is so unprofessional."
