"Had a hard time getting the guy working there to answer his phone. Had to put a cash deposit down which I've never had to do there. He was supposed to return it Sunday morning before we left but he never showed up. Says he's going to send it in the mail but I have my doubts. Other than that 5 Star as always. Update. Got my cash back. It's all good"

"First time visiting here This is the worst street in town with clubs right across. Not a place for families. I booked here seeing it’s a 3 star and pictures they have on website. Trust me this is not the place they show it is. Room was 130 per night on Saturday and the room given to us is already been used and not cleaned , there is used soap , stains on the toilet and stains all over floor. We asked for another room and we checked it before we moved and it’s the same case. So we had to checkout immediately and closed the reservation. The front desk guy said we will get the refund and gave a office number for followup. I called like 10 times in one week and even left a email. No response, no one picks up the call always goes to voice mail. I contacted my bank and reported the charged since I didn’t got my refund and no response. I would strongly recommend potential guests to look elsewhere for accommodations, such as the nearby Days Inn, to save both time and disappointment."

"This was absolutely the worst experience ever!! I booked a month ago....called and confirmed my reservation and asked about additional parking for our trailer. I was told on the phone that everything was good for when we got there. We drove 5.5 hours to stay at this hotel to ride on the trails. I walked in to check in and the guy behind the counter tells me they are over booked!!!!! I explained that I have a reservation and showed him the confirmation number. He said there is nothing he can do as all the rooms are taken. So I called the corporate number and talked to someone, they said they were going to figure it out and then hung up the phone on me. So I called around to find another place to stay as we had 4 adults and 2 kids with us. We called Timberline which is another one of their hotels. The lady on the phone says, oh we have been waiting for you. No one called me to tell me that they over booked and transfered our reservation to another hotel. After we arrived at the other hotel (which was absolutely horrible), we received a message from the desk at the original hotel that they had a room for us. Not the 3 bed room I reserved. The reason for the hotel being over booked was because the guy that was working there didnt do his job and clean the rooms that were open! WHAT A JOKE!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY AT EITHER ONE OF THOSE PLACES!!!!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!"

"It’s a no frills motel. Our TV didn’t work, but it didn’t bother us. Motel is within walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants, if that’s your thing. No breakfast or coffee in the morning, which was kind of a bummer. The beds are surprisingly comfortable."

"Rented a room and had an excellent time. Be realistic in what you are getting they are clean and a little dated but your prolly staying here for the close local bars and street life. Carlos is an excellent manager, even willing to help feed the masses. Overall don't expect 5 star hotel. But cean sheets and a nice bed it does have. And good people."
