"Been a client for about 20Years and when an emergency happened to my dog which got hit by a car and called to see about xrays she always has an excuse why they can't see you see claims to be an animal hospital seems she only wants to do shots only or put your pet down ..seems like she lost her love for pets ..staff very rude now all her good workers are gone and so is the friendly staff.. what happened to this place"
"I walked in my frenchie out of desperation as there was an emergency situation. We weren’t greeted kindly at all. We were told that there wasn’t anything they could do and they weren’t taking on any new clients. I begged them to just look at her and see if she’s okay and that she’s not DYING. I may of spoke over the veterinarian Harma because I was scared and my frenchie is my life. Harma walked away and said okay bye! And I was ridiculed for not letting her speak???? Are you kidding me???? In this field of work you have to expect people to be scared and possibly talk over you. Do NOT bring your pets here. I get not taking new clients, but treat us with kindness. we were scared. I begged her to look at my frenchie. just to check. they wouldn’t even do that. There’s zero kindness here."
"The Kandi and the staff was wonderful to deal with, even with curbside drop off. I felt i was able to ask all my questions and have everything taken care of in a timely manner and best of all when i got the bill i was surprised in a good way. I was able to schedule my cats appointments quickly and even his follow up ones."
