"Pizza was perfect, but my order took an additional 25-30 minutes to complete. They said it would take 10... They had the lakers game on the tv so maybe that's what helped cause the delay. Some guy also mentioned they had just " let go a few people 35-45 minutes ago".... This could also have caused the delay."
"Lot of associates working. We got 4 pizzas ordered online one was not done correctly. Asked at the desk if all the extra sauces were in the boxes they said "I guess so..." not impressed. COVID did a number here. My best to your team hope you can turn it around. Food business is very difficult."
"We normally order from here, we LOVE PJ pizza. I placed an online order tonight and was called about 5 minutes after from the manager stating that they had been slow, so they shut the ovens down "about a half hour ago to have them cleaned." I told him I definitely appreciated the call, but was kind of upset that some people don't get home from work right at 5pm and can order dinner, so the people that get home late can't order what they want. All in all, we will still order from here as they ALWAYS have great customer service, but if you can't fulfill orders, close your online ordering?"
