"My dog loves this place. The staff are friendly and they give the dogs a lot of time to play outside or in the indoor play rooms. They also have separate play rooms for large and small dogs."
"I am not one to leave a review..this will be my first..I hate to say this but after picking my dogs up from a weekend there they honestly seemed traumatized. my lab had a big cut on his lip I was told nothing about. We called to check on them and got very short limited responses and also when we picked them up. We used them years ago and had an absolutely wonderful experience even got daily pictures. Our dogs mean a lot to us an can't say we will ever be back."
"Our puppy is 10 weeks old and needed a haircut. We called Pet Club Too to make an appointment and spoke with the owner Max who instructed us that they were booking a month out. We also informed Max the age of our dog when making the appointment. While we were waiting for our appointment we had taken our dog to the vet and got him the vaccinations he was eligible to get for his age group. Fast forward one month my husband went to drop our dog off for his grooming appointment and they refused to take him as he did not have his rabies vaccination (which he is not eligible to get until 16 weeks). It was never informed to my husband when he made the appointment and told Pet Club Too our dog's age that he wouldn't be able to get groomed due to not being old enough to receive certain vaccinations. We had heard from previous customers that Pet Club Too had gone down hill but we decided to give it another shot as our previous dog had passed away a year ago and we wanted to use them with our new puppy. We will never give our business to this company again and we will never suggest them to anyone moving forward."
"They took great care of our cat while we were in FL. We were able to call and check on her any day. We were glad to hear that she bonded with some of the staff and enjoyed her time there. We will have to board her again in October, so I'm glad we found a place we can trust!"
