"Please note-I have not used this kennel, but when I called to inquire about this place, I was told "we don't do any inspections" when I asked to come see the kennel before I made a decision. HUGE RED FLAG! Why would someone NOT show you their facility unless they were hiding something?? Would I drop off my children at a daycare before I checked the place out? I think not! I have no idea why this would not be allowed and I think it is completely unprofessional to not allow potential customers visit the facilities."
