"Crossfit Teneo has changed my life. I was always into fitness but very intimidated by CrossFit. Mikey, Shannon, and the team at Teneo do not make it that way. The environment is welcoming and everyone is very friendly. The coaching team there will help anyone scale a workout and help you be successful at whatever level you’re at. They will encourage you and challenge you in a positive way. Everyday is different and keeps things interesting. Im doing things I never thought I could and made alot of friends in the process. Im stronger and healthier than I have ever been at the age of 43. Its helped not only my health but my confidence and mental well being. Give it a try. You’ll love it."

Classes run all hours of the day working into whatever life schedule I need for the day. The class bases coaching is very flexible allowing you to go at your own pace and progress in areas specific to goals set. Over all ten out of ten best place to workout and meet friends!"
