"Rebel is a home away from home for everyone who joins. You become comfortable in your own skin the instant you walk through the door. The workouts are challenging but fun. I’ve been a part of the Rebel community for several years and have watched so many transformations. When we aren’t working out we are laughing, singing and having so much fun at the post workout parties!! Stephanie, the owner, is so full of energy and the most positive person I know. The other coaches are so encouraging and knowledgeable. Rebel is an award winning gym. But, it is also welcoming, inclusive and non judge mental.
