"I am very disappointed in a couple instances with Varsity Shop. Both instances left my daughter in tears. 1. They would not change my daughters varsity letter sweater with new letter. They claimed only a new $250 sweater was only way. We went to Waterford varsity shop and they did it for $10. It was easy they said. 2. I had trouble with online orders for swim finals shirts. I called first thing in morning and they told me the online store was closed and could not add another. I don’t think that is good business nor do I think that is true. The bottom line is they don’t want to help their so called valued customers. Please find solutions to customer problems. I know I don’t ask unless I really am looking for help. Find a way next time with others."

"Usually great and super friendly, but took my son’s brand new custom glove there for the break in service and it looks like it was completely dunked in oil, completely discolored and not even that broke in. It now looks terrible and son is heartbroken. Could have tried a test area and said something?"

"I went though The Varsity Shop and worked with Marc back in 2018 to have 2 custom made jerseys done. The jerseys turned out just how I expected them to! Since they had done such a fine job on the jerseys, I decided to contact them again recently to have custom made hats done for a memorial service of a family member who died tragically. When I called, not only was Ryan very short and rude but he also acted as if he did not want to help me. Ryan stated that they do not do any custom work unless it was done in bulk such as orders of 50 or more. After I informed him of the 2 custom made jerseys I had done with them previously, he then directed me to send him an email with a detailed description of what I wanted to have done to the hats. Ryan responded back with a very high estimate, the highest estimate out of the 6 different places I went to for this exact same service. Ryan then stated he would contact me back regarding this service in which he never did. I am not sure what happened to this place but it has gone down hill especially in the customer service department. I will not be going back!"
