"This company is as shady as it can get WARNING to anyone who wants to place an order! I place an order for full price item. Couple days later they reached out and told me they will apply discount to my order; well great I thought. Until the moment when I decided to return the shoes. Then company send me an email that I will not get refund! Only store credit because discount was applied! So be aware if you buy full price item but they apply discount afterwards (which I even did not know existed yet they claim I forgot to apply!) you are basically taken away the right to return item for refund. Is it really worth it to buy from this company? Nope. Shady business. Stay away."
"Came to Sundance shoes to find heals to match my prom dress, which I brought in. I can’t remember the names of the girls who helped me, but they were extremely helpful and sweet. They went above and beyond and altered the shoes in-store so they would fit me better. I’ve come in a few other times and the owner is very helpful and i’ve found lots of cute stuff!!"
