With over 20 years of experience, our dedicated instructors specialize in teaching Martial Arts and Self-Defense to adults. Ving Tsun Kung Fu is known for its effectiveness in close quarters combat, allowing individuals of all sizes to overcome larger opponents.
Our classes typically start at an hour in length for beginners, progressing to two-hour classes as students advance. We recommend training three times a week and offer a flexible schedule to accommodate different lifestyles. To experience the benefits of Ving Tsun Kung Fu firsthand, we encourage you to sign up for an Intro Lesson, a 30-minute semi-private session with one of our instructors.
