The best part is the team environment, if you train here, you are a considered a member of the team. And unlike other gyms that make their profits by a lot of their members rarely showing up, James actually cares that you are getting the most of your membership. I know from experience that if I haven't been in the gym for a little while (due to life getting in the way), I have gotten messages from James encouraging me to come back in. Stars and Strikes is a great place to train and personally has helped me greatly with my own fitness and weight loss goals."

"I trained at this facility a few years ago before disease made it impossible. The facility was always clean and well lit. The staff was competent, thorough and highly professional. The training was top notch, both in regards of improving fitness and technical skill. I enjoyed my time there more than I can express. If you want a fun, wholesome place to get fit, this is your gym to go to. If you want to feel very confident in defending yourself, this is your gym to go to. If you like punching people, this is your gym to go to. If you are looking to pursue a competitive career in mixed martial arts, these guys also have a pretty stellar track record."
