"When my daughter first started here at 9 years old she would fake injuries and illness not to perform or engage with people. After 9 months her change in confidence was noticable to everyone who knew her. Now, even people she just met tell us what an outgoing, caring, and articulate person she is. Her training at Quest had a *lot* to do with these changes."

"Our child has blossomed during the four years she has been training at Quest Martial Arts - her growth is not limited to the katas and the physical movements, she has also gained personal life and leadership skills. Her work towards black belt was a slow, steady process appropriately tailored for her age and developmental stage. One of the best things about QMA is the mixed age classes - they all learn from each other being at different stages of training and life. We are especially appreciative to Mr. Wheeler for guiding her through each step ."

"My son - Tushar- has been going here since he was in Pre school. He is a high schooler now and is on his way to a black belt. He has loved every session he has had at this place - even now during COVID - the staff has been simply magical! He has improved his focus, self discipline, overall physique and outlook in life. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to truly get the most out of learning martial arts!"

"My son had been asking me to do "karate lessons" for about a year before I started to investigate. When I first walked into Quest I saw a simple unframed sign in the dojo that made me feel like I was in the right place. It said something along the lines of "we are not teaching your kids how to fight, we are teaching them how to manage their emotions." This has been one of the best benefits of my son's attendance at quest. He's going on one year, and has improved his focus and emotional responses significantly. As my son's training went on I decided that I liked the classes and instructors so much, I started training there as well, and have felt significant benefits both physically and mentally. The community environment is also amazing, with everyone welcoming myself and my son actively and openly. The martial arts aren't for everyone, but if you think it might be for you at all, this is the place to find out. I have not been disappointed once."

"My sons are 8 and 6. They have been attending Quest for 3 years now. The difference between Quest and the other martial arts program they were in before is, Quest Martial Arts is one big family. The owners are very attentive to all of their students and parents. The instructors are students who have worked hard and earned the privilege to become leaders in the dojo. I love this place! #blackbeltandbeyond"
