"I love this place! I shop there regularly for my crystal jewelry (it’s almost all hand made and/or locally sourced). Amazing people work there too, they all have amazing vibes and are v friendly."

"Awful customer service. My friends and I waited a month to all shop at Zenenlightment together and we’re very excited, but unfortunately did not get the satisfactory we deserved. Sally, the women at the desk, accused my friend of stealing and immediately threatened to call the cops without confronting us about the situation first. We were all very confused and didn’t know what was going on until Sally started yelling, “leave my shop! Too many GIRLS YOUR AGE steal from here! I have pictures I can show of you stealing.” My friend opened her bag on the counter offering to have Sally look through it, to which Sally refused. I asked to see the pictures she took of us stealing. She wouldn’t show us and said it was pictures of just our faces. Absolutely no evidence then because there’s no cameras either, but Sally’s still threatening to call the cops. Notice how she slightly changed the story and probably realized she was wrongfully accusing us. We left the store and immediately started crying because we were still confused and upset. Great job Zenenlightment; you just lost multiple customers who were very willing to spend quite a bit of money and support your business. If you need a different shop recommendation; The Sassy Olive across the street has amazing service and all their products are handmade! Thank you for reading."

"Awful energy. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a spiritual shop. We went in today because we’ve been waiting a month to come look at their jewelry and crystals. Not even 5 minutes in my friend hears Sally say she’s calling the cops on us. So us being confused we asked what was the problem? She accused my friend of stealing and said she had a photo of her doing just that. My friend being shocked put her bag on the counter and told her she could search through her bag bc she did not steal anything. Sally told us “I’ve been stolen from one too many times by girls your age and either you get out of the shop or I’m calling the cops.” We told her to search the bag and she refused. When we asked if we could see said photos of our friend stealing she changed her story and said it was just photos of our faces. She was throwing a temper tantrum and told my friend she was going to have bad karma coming to her for stealing from a spiritual shop. Stereotyped all of us for being young girls and said we must be stealing. So we set our stuff we were going to buy down on the counter and left bc she was being unreasonably upset. If she is this paranoid she should tell people to keep their bags in their cars. They do not have cameras in the shop and they don’t allow phones to be out or else I would’ve captured the whole ordeal. I would advise against giving this store any of your money especially if you care about spirituality of any form. Their sign out front preaches to be receptive and patient but Sally was anything but that. We decided to go to the store across the street from Zenlightenment called the Sassy Olive and we were met with much more hospitable kind energy. They handmake clothing and have very lovely customer service. Highly suggest going there over this store!"

"Disclaimer- I have not used their services, only visited as a customer. Their shop has some unique items, and the prices are great. I found some hand-poured candles in tins, and my friend found some paw protector balm for her dogs. They also have crystals, sage for burning, bath salts, oils, among other items. The owners were extremely personable and friendly. I felt comfortable and welcome in their space."
