"I’m a new member at a new gym run by a “take charge” woman. TBC stands for Total Boot Camp, a program where you pay to have the s__t kicked out of you like it’s Paris Island(Marine boot camp). She has run a gym before and knows her stuff. Don’t be afraid of the exterior of the building. Inside it has everything you need to “pump you up”! My wife when to her previous gym and liked it. My wife is really, really picky so her endorsement is a big deal"
