"Basically wouldn’t see me without insurance approval, after waiting months they still were not accepting my insurance. I offered to pay out of pocket since I am eager to find a more modern approach to my personal healthcare plan and Julie came highly recommended. They were hesitant to even consider out of pocket and took another few weeks to even confirm if they’d accept that. Once they finally decided they would allow self pay they couldn’t even give me a rough estimate to what that cost would be!!! I gave up— then received a phone call they would be accepting my insurance after all and promptly made me an appointment!! How exciting!! Not at all the case. I left their feeling very uncomfortable about their obsession over insurance even after offering to pay out of pocket. I felt very judged and un welcomed even felt that way over just the few phone encounters. I’m thankful for those that are receiving the care they deserve and wish them the best, but I feel so sorry for those that are treated like sub humans because your computer is telling you wrong information and you think calling the insurance carrier would take too much of your time (as was stated before I made the decision to just leave)."

"My son always loves seeing Ann Skewis. Today he had extra fun playing with toys and seeing all the smiling faces. Monarch Healthcare has such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Needless to say, my son didn’t want to leave and he will be looking forward to all of his doctor appointments."
