"I wanted to make sure that my pup Charlie's first grooming experience was a good one. I brought him here today and the ladies there did so well with him. They praised him whenever he did well and got done with certain steps, and they weren't afraid to be firm with him when he did things he shouldn't do. They distracted him with love and toys while clipping his nails for the first time and he didn't like his paws being touched. I'm sure that helped with the process! They were very informative and kind to my husband and I, and they gave very helpful tips and warnings to help with future visits! And their location was very clean, well organized, and littered with amazing photos! Thank you guys for providing the best first time experience I could have hoped for, for Charlie!"
