"As a first time patient, for my son, I walked in, said good morning, and signed in. The front office staff didn’t even look up. So we were already off to a negative start. I was asked for my insurance card, although they had my information because they needed to verify that they even took my insurance. I wasn’t sure I could find it, and I was told to look it up online. However the insurance holder is in my son’s dads name, I have no access. Instead of being compassionate, I was met with an attitude and a condescending tone, which in turn I met them with the same energy. Luckily, I found the card, so issue averted. Next, their financial policy is that whoever brings the child is responsible, which wasn’t discussed over the phone and I was told I should have went to the website, that I was never navigated to. (I paid the copay before my visit) For the sake of my child and waiting a month to get in to this doctor I decided to proceed with the appointment, see what they had to say and then take that information elsewhere. Before we even saw the doctor she came out and said she did not think we would be a good fit. I was relieved at this point because I didn’t have to make that decision on my own. When someone walks into a doctors office, the front staff is the face of the business. When you can’t even have the decency to greet your patients and then proceed to talk in a condescending tone, understand that behavior is contagious. Thankfully another office was extremely helpful and understanding and was able to get my son in soon."

"Dr Linden is a great doctor, I have been dealing with severe headaches and pressure in my eye area. Dr Linden was the first out of many doctors that listened to my needs and started me on antibiotics. My headache are gone and living a better life. Five to six years of dealing with the problems, she hit it on second visit ,all other doctors shrugged there shoulders and chose to do surgery instead of trying an antibiotic! God bless her and her staff! All are great!!"

"Love her. She listens to you and your concerns. She allows you to be an active participant in your health care. I know that when I see her she's going to do the best for me. Now-a-days this is hard to find in a doctor."
