"Used to come everyday but switched to McD because it’s cheaper. Decided to give Dunkin another chance and twice in one week they didn’t put liquid sugar in my coffees. 3 coffees in total didn’t have a lick of sugar. Done wasting my $ on this overpriced coffee. Will stick with McD. Their food and rewards are better anyway"
"I’m tired of the terrible customer service every time I’ve gone to your “store”. Every one of you are rude. And I guess I can’t even door dash your products to avoid your subpar customer service. This is the large coffee you just sent me through a door dash order side by side with my fiancé’s medium coffee. Pitiful. I can get everything you offer at different stores. I hope more and more people grow tired of your services."
