"This group of doctors literally said they could not help me do to my heart problems. They couldn’t decide on a treatment that could help me. But wanted me to stop the treatment other doctors had in place. So in other words do nothing for your awful migraines . U of m is suppose to be the best but only offer crazy things like inhaling lidocaine .. if it’s not cookie cutter they can’t or won’t help. So me with my long qt they got no help for and easily walked out never to think of me and my issue again."
"My wife who was diagnosed of having progressive MS over 8 years ago went to the MS clinic where the physician arrogantly said she didn’t have MS because of the MRI. He refused to listen and do a deep scan of her medical records."
"Why are none of the treating doctors at UofM neurology not have board certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with certification in the specialization of Brain Injury Medicine? This medical institution has a concussion clinic treating jock patients, and not a board certified neurologist with a specialization in Brain Injury Medicine, instead neurosport for your school's jocks. Go somewhere else if you have a serious TBI with skull fractures, cause this medical facility will not be able to help you in the long term care. Its out of their scope of care of their treating doctors and resident doctors."
"Amy Ferng, md, has rescheduled my appointment 4 times in the last 5 months. Today the office (Northville location) called me 10 minutes before the appointment to tell me. I ended up cancelling my appointment altogether. If she's too incompetent to keep an appointment, I don't trust her or U of M medicine with my health. Incompetence, that's the Michigan difference. Try the MIND clinic."
"Can't even get a appointmen. First they don't even answer phone to help anyone but their own patient, was yelled at one time thay when I finally gave her name, she said couldn't find that patient. Told her I know been tellingyou I'm new. Then the don't even inform you properly what they need to schedule a appointment. First waited 48hr after a referral then need all your last visit Dr notes. When referral says why I need to be seen and when last visit was. You need a separate paper written out for 1st graders. Next gonna be asking number hairs on my head and shoe size when I was 7. Wasted my time. Removing my kids from their ped. Care. So done with u of m all together."
