"I give it 5 stars bc the doctors are good but the girls in the front always have an attitude & I don’t like how they don’t call to give an appointment reminder. As moms it’s hard to remember all appts when you have multiple kids & Also the exam rooms are not decorated nice for children, you would expect more wall decor for a pediatrician office to keep the kids more calmer."

"POOR SERVICE staff on the front door act unprofessional. My son was sick and I called at 11:30am to ask if we are able to walk in or make an appointment, they said we dont go by apointment you can come at anytime, I got there at 12:30 but they refused to let us walk in and ask to come the next day."

"Best doctor ever that explains the why he's the busiest even if you wait long he's still worth it he knows how to deal with irritable children doesn't force anything, he will pay babies with candy for their cooperation but the system needs improvement. in order to see the doctor you have to drive there sign your name drive back home and wait for them to call you this is convenient for them not having a crowded lobby full of crying babies and for you waiting in the comfort of your home ......take my name birthday and number over the phone that's not a lot of information and call me when it's almost my turn imagine I don't have a car and have to call someone to give me a ride or take an Uber keep it easy you already make it convenient to call a person when it's almost their turn take the extra step.. it won't hurt"
