"First off I would like to say every time we have seen the drs they were very kind, my issue is getting same day appointments if you have a sick child. You have to call first thing in the morning and they have only so many available appointments, so if your child wakes up all swollen with an allergic reaction like mine did or they have a high fever or an ear infection and you don’t call first thing at 830am you won’t get a same day appointment, they tell you to go to the urgent care, I have NEVER had an issue like that with my kids old dr, it’s very frustrating. And 2 out of the 3 times I went there I waited 45-1 hour to be seen. For me it’s something that I could not deal with so I switched drs."

"My kids won’t ever be coming back here. Dr Quereshi overlooks things and seems to come off as dismissive. Melissa is great though and very kind. You can tell she is passionate abut her career and isn’t just tryna get paid without truthfully caring for the child."

"Horrible horrible. All they care about is when and where their money is going to come from. My son had gotten stitches and is in their system but there was a change with insurance so when it came time to remove them they rejected us when they could have easily did a adjustment. This is why I feel the way I do about the medical field. They’re not in it to heal and help they’re in it for money and money only. Some oath they have smh"

"0 stars they have lost records of my child being in their office have billed the insurance company and still sit their and deny they even saw them just to get more money. It takes HOURS to be seen even arriving a little early with barely anyone in the office. Don’t go to this doctor they are a headache"

"They are the worse!! I took my daughter there today for an appointment, they refused to see her because she was “late”. We wasn’t actually late, we was at the building but it took us forever to find a parking spot because they are doing construction and has everything messed up in the parking garage. We finally find a parking spot all the way on the 3rd floor, we get downstairs to the main entrance and we had to stand in line for a good 5 minutes to “check in” then the way we usually go to the office is closed because of check in for covid, so we had to take a completely different way to get to the office(its in the basement of the building btw) so we finally try to check in at the office and she informs us that our daughter can’t be seen because we are “late” I tried to explain to her why we was and they didn’t even take it into consideration. She tried to reschedule & I told her NO THANKS! I will be taking my daughter to the other Beaumont pediatrics on northline in Southgate, they are way better!"
