"Alot to unpack here. Not sure where all good ratings come from. Our experience was Not careful. Not professional. Not competent! This was a new clinic for us just moved to area. They touted being great with bracecephalic breeds. Not at all. So brought in our 2 year old pug wanted her spayed. Dr Amber drew blood did heart exam everything came back good for the spay. Dr Amanda was going to do spay. So to condense we had appointment set up drop off at 7 ish .then left for over an hour drive. DR Amanda calls me on the road and I am quoting I know how dear ypur pug is to you so I don't feel comfortable doing spay.I THINK she has a heart murmur never heard this before saw numerous vets in our previous state good ones!! Probably low grad maybe she doesn't even have one!? Do you do spay with grade one heart murmur worst case scenario?! Yes.. but she can't breathe what??? Let Dr Amber do it and I am quoting!? Weird doesn't feel tcomfortable doing a routine spay! We took our traumatized pug and left. Is anyone finding professionalism and competent hard to find these days..??"
"I can not say enough good things about this amazing office! Dr Christine, Madison & Mallory have been absolutely fantastic with my extremely high anxiety dog. Not one time have they ever made me feel uncomfortable and they treat my boy so well. All of the office staff is very friendly as well. Highly recommend Heritage"
"All the staff are very friendly and caring. Your pet will feel safe in there care. I highly recommend them. We actually dive 40 minutes just to go there. It's absolutely worth it. Thank you to all the staff for saving my dog."
"My regular vet was booked out for sick pet visits. Heritage was able to get us in asap. The building is clean and all of the staff is so friendly. The vet was kind and knowledgeable. They followed up with us after the appointment which was appreciated. Overall I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again if needed."
"I was out on a road trip from Oregon and my Newfie pup got an ear infection from all the lake time fun he was having. Heritage was able to squeeze us in the same day and got us situated with drops. Everyone I talked with was super kind and helpful and treated my giant baby with great affection."
