"I had 2 good appointments here. After that it went downhill. They are so hard to get in contact with. I have read other reviews that say they are screening calls and I believe that is true. I couldn’t reach anyone about test results but when my mom called from a different number somehow she got through. Who knows but very frustrating. Will not be going back and would never recommend. This place may be right for you if you like to spend a ridiculous amount of money on “recommended” supplements and waste time on the phone."

"Very poor communication and inability to return phone calls. Also return unused detox pack due to inability to use product at time, which was approved by office for return and told they would mail a refund to me within 21 days. That was back in Oct/Nov of ‘22. I have been calling since and each time they apologize and saying they will take care of it but never hear back. The past two weeks I have left several messages with no response. Unprofessional."

"I have been a patient here for a couple years and I’ve never experienced a medical facility so unable to communicate or return phone calls in my life. I have (regretfully) referred several friends to this place only to be told they never get call backs after they fill out online paperwork for a new patient. I even called on their behalf and told them I have referred people who they aren’t getting back to. I also haven’t received call backs regarding my own concerns multiple times. I’m getting very fed up with the lack of customer service here. It’s the manager who isn’t returning calls. They have told me to take several supplements that don’t work for me, and when I call back explaining that they don’t work and why, I’m just told to buy another supplement. I am never offered a credit or refund on the money I wasted on the supplement THEY recommended. This place clearly isn’t concerned for you at all unless you are one of the doctors elite few patients who can afford to pay $4000 a year to get his attention. Beyond frustrated and sick of having to call them only to get no call backs. I will no longer be referring friends to the facility."

Dr. L and his team do a fantastic job ensuring patient care while maintaining an empathetic, patient-focused environment.
