"I really like the doctors that I have here. My only issue is that they NEVER have availability to see a sick child. I have called at 8:15am (the time they open) and many different times throughout the day to check for openings, and there’s never any. I’ve been dealing with this issue for almost a year now. The phone representative just tells you to take your child to Urgent Care. I’m so close to making an Urgent Care provider my pediatrician because the only thing this medical group schedules are well visits. With multiple locations I find it extremely hard to believe that by 9am (Saturdays are only for sick children) each location is booked until closing (12 or 1pm)."
