"We were seen by Dr. Natalie Karabelski. Located on Hall Rd & Clinton Twp. My little one was 4 months old when we started the helment process to 11 months when she graduated with a perfect round crown. She favored her right side& had Torticallus. Dr. Karabelski is awesome at what she does. She also referred us to be seen by a PT who works with babies for this type of thing. which that PT is amazing!! She answeres any questions you may have, you can reach out to her for anything. Its amazing what a simple helment can do to fix your little ones crown. And watching the process slowly get better&better, wow!! I was actually referred by my little ones dr to be seen by someone els in another location. which was way too far. So i just talked with Wright&Phillips and they guided me on what easy, simple steps to take to be seen by them. they were only 5 min away. thank you again for everything you guys did to help my little one out."

"I walked in, signed in, and sat down. One guy ahead of me. 3 ladies at the desks. NOBODY acknowledged me at all! Waited 7 minutes. Got up and stood by the counter. Got told I should be seated. I replied I was ONLY picking up an item. FINALLY one person got my item, I paid, and left. The customer service has really gone downhill."

"This review is for the Clinton Township location on Hall road. I have had extreme structural problems, and joint replacements, but with so many issues, I needed more support. Wright & Filippis were recommended by my foot and ankle Dr. They made shoe inserts for me which are awesome, and make all the difference in the world. Going to pick up my foot brace today. I'm very thankful for the professionalism, knowledge, and the-going-the-second-mile service of Orthotics Specialist, Natalie. She's very patient, upbeat, and kind. After having a bad experience elsewhere, I have this word of advice. Never allow a doctor's office to produce inserts for you. They will not be the same as what a Orthotics and Braces office/store, and you'll wind up throwing them away."

"Made an appointment, got checked right away, and instantly was told what the problem was on my right leg brace without even explaining first! All in a span of 10 minutes. Shout outs to the person who tended to me, Natalie. Was super informative and very much a delight to speak with. She took the brace and was back with rounded edges and extra padding for the pinky side of my toe. Was very much grateful for the fix, foot feels amazing now. Don't need new ones yet, but when and if I do, will definitely be back."

"I'm absolutely thrilled with the amazing job Natalie did on my AFO! I've always had issues with my left foot due to spina bifida as a baby and various operations since then. But with this phenomenal support, I'm able to enjoy playing tennis with absolutely no pain and total confidence in my movements. After having the brace for a year, my foot slightly changed, requiring some tweaks that Natalie did within a half hour appt and now it feels better than ever!
