"I was hesitant about coming here because of some of the negative reviews but I have to tell you I seen Dr Willams today in Lenox location for hand and wrist pain. and he was very nice , very thorough , He even went as far as showing me my x-rays , he explained everything very easily and he didn’t leave the room until he answered all my questions. he even went as far as showing me different braces for my hand. will return. glad i found him. do not hesitate to go."
"BROKE MY WRIST. This QUACK Gets me an appointment on Friday, for the following Monday to be seen for a cast. He calls me on SATURDAY to tell me he won’t take me anymore because I have no insurance to bill. Which he already knew and gave me a cash price for a cast. That’s apparently not even an option anymore. No one is opened on Saturday for me to make a new appointment for my BROKEN WRIST. He is an unprofessional loser and I will never forget this moment. He is trash. Doesn’t care about anything but billling insurance. Not a good doctor. Not a good person."
"I live in the west side of Michigan and I was on the east side taking care of my daughter who just had surgery. I had fallen and was in a lot of pain. My daughter recommended this office. I want to thank everyone I interacted with for the wonderful care I received. The front desk employees were awesome. The doctor and his assistant were the best.
