"Zero star for Dr. Haitham Safo who I believe has a fake degree in this field. I paid 120$ for my mother, who is 82 years old, for FaceTime counseling. My mother has Alzheimer and this fake doctor said that he will not accept her as a patient because she looks younger than her age. What is the age got to do with the disease? The worst part about this is that he said this to us in the second appointment after paying 120$ for the first one. I am going to report this fake doctor to the authorities to stop scamming."

"I used to be a patient here but when my old therapist left things went down hill I had to wait months to get a new therapist when I finally did get one it seem as if they were pressuring me to schedule times and days I wasn’t available. I don’t recommend this place. The receptionist also is not professional she hung on me a week ago and I called back and she didn’t answer. Please hire professional people who are respectful to clients."

"Very bad service in very long procedure to see the doctor did the three interviews over the phone and what's up I took almost one month and I haven't seen a doctor they told me I have to go through some procedures which is take forever until I see the doctor!! Why I have to do all that only to see a doctor I called him because I need him on that time what's the point in waiting? if I was going through some problems I called them back and cancel everything going somewhere else which is they Care better."

"CTC therapy is one of the best therapy office I have ever been to. All the staff are nice and friendly and make you feel so comfortable right when you walk through the door. I especially noticed how amazing the front receptionist was! She provided me with amazing information and a warm welcome and answered any questions I had that she knew about. Overall, the office and staff was amazing! I will definitely continue going to this location and recommending it to friends and family that come across."
