"I represent Dr. Elizabeth Penlser and Dr. Derek Hill's offices. We began using MOTUS, formerly Michigan Hand & Sports, because we had so many patients who had trouble filling prescriptions at other larger, well-known places. We absolutely love the service provided there. Our patients always get what they need and in a timely manner. We love having the confidence that our patients are in good hands when we send them there. Afterall, who we refer our patients to is a reflection of us. Great job everyone that works there. Thank you for making our patients so happy!"

"Not a good experience. Do not ask them to check your benefits, call your insurance company yourself! Tell them to give you the codes to call your own insurance. I CLEARY stated if this will cost me over $50 I am not interested, I was told it would cost $18.50 each, then they sent me a bill for $108 and now I am stuck paying it. Additionally, the girl who did the fittings of my braces was not sure the size was even right for me, she said wear them for a few days & see. I cut the velcro on the straps myself. If you have carpel, just buy the drug store braces, they are better quality and cost less (~$25 each)."
