"Very clean facility. Pleasant and personable front office staff! The doctor, therapists, and other medical staff are engaging, compassionate, and will always work with child, teen, or young adult to seek appropriate care! The entire staff CARES and offers wonderful mental health care! Dr. Riolo is the best doctor to have worked with my son. His therapist, Dominke, has won Jack over and he is completely engaging with her, and their treatment plan! I always recommend the Judson Center to my fellow “Autism Mommas!” I highly, highly, highly recommend the Judson Center!"

"I wish I could give ZERO stars and still let everyone know that this business does NOT care about people; they care about MONEY. I've been begging them for help. I even had a session with the "wrong" counselor and was told someone would call. I was up there 1/2/24 and they were closed. I finally got a call back the next day FOR MY INSURANCE INFO. Still no help in sight for me. If something happens to me it's my own fault, but at least I have tons of proof that I tried to get help through this money making scheme."

"The therapists are decent here. The problem is with the front desk. They make a lot of errors. I've had several scheduling conflicts, due to their errors. It has happened multiple times. In fact, They just messed up my appointment today. SMH."

"I used to love this place so much. I've been going there for years, and loved my two therapists I had, until one left to pursue other jobs, and the other "retired" without notice (I was about to walk in and they called to tell me he was gone). I got multiple phone calls saying I missed my appointment, even though I didn't have one the 4-5 times they called. As soon as I told them I didn't have an appointment, they said they mixed me up with someone else...every time! I haven't been there in about 8 or so months, and they sent me a letter saying I missed an appointment that I never scheduled nor was told about. I've never even met the therapist they said I missed the appointment with. I love the staff I've known all these years (they know who they are), but this is the reason I'm not coming back. I don't know how you confuse me with someone else multiple times, and neglect to tell me my therapist "retired" as I was scheduled 10 minutes after you called me. I wasn't going to talk to someone else. I needed MY therapist, not the head coordinator or whatever who told me to talk to her. The only reason for two stars is the staff I grew to know and love along the way (only 4 of them and again, they know who they are)."
