"Love this place! I called and inquired about this practice while I was pregnant and the woman on the phone was so sweet and congratulated me. One I had my baby and was back home, I called them and they got us in the very next morning. Even now, anytime I’ve needed an appointment they’ve been able to get us in the same day. Dr. Sobochinski is very nice and thorough. She takes time to listen to all my concerns and answer any questions I may have. My favorite part of this office is that as soon as you check in they send you to your room. No waiting in the lobby, which makes me feel a lot safer as far as my kiddo not picking up other sick germs."

"I love the doctors and front desk workers (the only reason I’m giving 3 stars and not 1), but on two occasions the nurses have stuck my kids too deep and have caused them pain for at least a day. The nurse that we had the second incident, was very impatient when dealing with my toddler. I’m not sure if they were slammed/busy or she was having a bad day. While I will give her the benefit of the doubt that it’s not easy giving any kid shot/s, it was most disappointing when she basically told me that I should not console my child and we just needed to “get it done.” Then when my kid was freaking out over the shots, she began frantically telling me I needed to “Hold him down, mom! Hold him down!” Which I was. She was getting impatient and frustrated, which only added to my sons anxiety over the entire thing. I’ll admit my son was difficult with the shots, but if she would have let me take the time to talk to him at the beginning AND her having a more calm and patient approach, I don’t believe it would have been as bad. The doctors are great and knowledgeable, but we interact mostly with the nurses, which is why we most likely will be looking for a different doctors office. The nurse took a difficult situation and made it into a very traumatic experience for my kid. I could FEEL the stress and irritation pouring out of her while she was trying to give the shots. I felt like I was trying to be calm for all 3 of us. Which I must admit, I requested a different nurse half way through (which she denied) because I felt she was not in the mindset to be giving a toddler a shot. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I don’t want any other kid to go through that. If your kid is good with needles, I’m sure you’ll find it’s a great place to take them."

"I seriously can’t say enough amazing things about this place and the incredible staff that work there! Both doctors are so kind, caring, personable and genuinely care about the health and we’ll being of your family. Every receptionist and nurse there is so pleasant, warm and welcoming. They’ve done such a great job keeping everyone safe throughout the Covid pandemic as well. They even have an on call doctor available to phone into anytime your child is sick to help determine what course of action you should take and save you from an unnecessary trip to the Urgent Care. The way the doctors and staff work to know their patients and treat everyone like family is something hard to come by and so deeply appreciated. You will not regret taking your children here!"
