"I am upset with the way the nurse took my son to the back without my permission. Because of the bad service (WiFi) I had to do the intake form in the car. I walk inside to escort my son to the back so he can be seen . He was already in the back which I thought was horrible. Secondly their intake form is horrible to fill out for parents and children. I will not recommend or be back. I’m sick of people doing what they want and not following rules about folks children. He is a minor 11 years old since when has it been okay for a child that age to be seen without a parent??? I’ll wait for a response."
