"Edited: this response is very unprofessional. And the hipaa violations I have printed off proof of, and the voicemails received from the unauthorized person. My daughter insurance information is correct but they failed to tell me they do not accept it anymore! Natalia do better. Multiple terrible experiences, they called the wrong number and left voicemails about my son’s medical information. TWICE. A hipaa violation. Also refused to recognize my daughter as a patient even when she’s been there multiple times and is fully in their system. The receptionist on the phone was very nice and helpful but the office manager Natalia, was extremely rude, unhelpful, and will just hang up on you. This place has just gotten worse over the past few years. I do not recommend this place anymore. Awful customer service"
"Doctors are nice, but the staff is often unwelcoming and unpleasant (with the exception of Kylie). Does not feel like a child-oriented atmosphere. Multiple scheduling errors. Have shown up for immunizations to be told there are no immunizations. A courtesy call would have been nice. Have stood in person to schedule an appt, only for it to be mis-scheduled. It is very hard for me to make it to my appts; my husband and I have to rearrange our work schedules and child care around each appt. I work in a medical clinic myself and know when to recognize poor clerical work and staff who do not enjoy their jobs. Gladly switching practices."

"Hi, I would like to thank Christine from the bottom of my heart. My daughter is 7 and have been struggling to have a proper diagnosis. While at her well checkup appointment in April I broke down in tears in search of getting some answers for my daughter Ava.
