"I come here often for medical needs and not once did I have a bad experience. Wait time is usually not too long, the staff is very pleasant, the overall service provided is very satisfying. A round of applause to the management of this medical facility as well as the amazing staff members."

"The receptionist and the doctor were wonderful. This review is strictly about the medical assistants. The doctor ordered blood drawn. The first medical assistant had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She was extremely nervous and panicking. She called another medical assistant to do it. The second woman was also uneducated and inexperienced. How can you be a medical assistant and not know how to draw blood? Absolutely ridiculous. Then, they had the nerve to tell me to come back. No, I'm not coming back. That's a huge inconvenience for me. Now, on to number three. They sent in a third medical assistant. She literally told me "Im not confident enough to draw blood." Hire someone who knows what they are doing. I'm very disappointed. To make matters worse, the medical assistant told me I was free to go and didn't need to wait for any paperwork. I go home only to receive a call from th front desk. I had to come back for a referral (pick up paperwork). I honestly don't even know if these medical assistants are certified or not. I don't think they've been properly trained, obviously. Is this place even licensed? Is this place legitimate? I have a lot of questions after the ordeal I went through. Also, the on assistant who tried to draw blood didn't even stick it in a vein. She was digging it in my skin. The other assistant blew my vain (Google it), which happens when it's done incorrectly. I blame the person who does the hiring. Are they even checking to verify their employees certifications, licenses, and experience/education? Are they just letting anyone work there? Good grief! Someone needs to look into this matter. My arm is covered in bandaids, where they poked me multiple times. Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. What a joke!"

"Called the minute they opened, the employee on the phone was pleasant and answered my questions promptly. Immediately came in for a checkup and staff is professional and friendly. Waited about 15 minutes to be seen, typical for any doctors office. Both the nurses and doctors went above and beyond to ensure my health is prioritized. If you do not have health insurance this is an excellent office to visit. Dr. Lynn is the best!"

"Staff checking in were nice and respectful. Triage was quick and nurse was very nice. I had 2 xrays done the tech was very nice and the Dr was great. She answered my questions and took care of my issue."

"This was my first visit to Get Well Urgent Care. I called first to ask if they did tests for flu and for RSV, and the staff member said yes they did. I have been calling hospital absent other urgent cares, and they all turned me down. His attitude on the phone was warm and caring. When I got there, there was no line, I was taken in within 15 minutes of my visit, and both the physician assistant and other staff member who took my vitals took care of me while I was in an examining room were both very thorough and answered all my questions. They informed me of my first test result for flu which was negative, and told me that within 24 hours I would be getting the next test result for the RSV within 24 hours. All in all I was in and out of there in an hour. I would definitely return to this urgent care, because I thought that they were very thorough, very professional, and addressed all of my questions. Great job!!"
