"I had the complete dissatisfaction of overhearing one of the many, many rude employees speaking to an elderly, handicapped man. He arrived by himself and someone (I wish I asked her name) practically berating him for coming by himself. The more the gentleman insisted he could take care of himself, the ruder she got. I felt so bad for the man I wanted to smack her. You'd think someone who CHOSE this profession would possess even the smallest modicum of compassion. I won't be returning and my friend, whom I was with won't be either. Shame on all of you. The man was so nice."

"I work at a Beaumont (Corewell) hospital and choose to have my labs drawn here vs walking downstairs at work. Registration and the phlebotomists are exceptional. No matter how many people are in there waiting room, I’m in and out very quickly each time. They’ve gone above and beyond in helping me with some atypical testing. I’ll continue to visit this location and recommend them to my patients as well. Great job, keep it up!"

"I have tried this lab at different times and days, thinking it was just a fluke, but it is always the same. Workers always chatting, walking around, straightening pamphlets and hand sanitizer but ignoring the 15 people waiting. Super long wait times, for no reason. Any other lab is better than this one."
